During Xiaomi's 15th-anniversary strategic new product launch event, CEO Lei Jun unveiled the company's self-developed mobile SoC, the Xuanjie O1. This chip achieved an impressive comprehensive score of 3,004,137 in laboratory tests, placing it firmly among the top-tier performers. The Xuanjie O1 boasts a ten-core, four-cluster CPU architecture, incorporating a staggering 19 billion transistors and utilizing a cutting-edge second-generation 3nm process, which results in a compact chip area of just 109mm². Its CPU configuration includes a powerful 3.9GHz dual-supercore, four high-performance 3.4GHz cores, two energy-efficient 1.9GHz cores, and two ultra-energy-efficient 1.8GHz cores, collectively delivering exceptional performance.
