Recently, Ningxia has commenced trial operations of its pioneering vertical encryption device, equipped with a fully independently controllable "State Grid Chip," in Wuzhong City. This cutting-edge device serves as the cornerstone of security within the power monitoring system, marking a significant milestone in China's pursuit of core technology independence for vital security equipment within its power grid. This achievement offers a tangible domestic example of cybersecurity practices within the energy sector. The State Grid Dispatching and Control Center oversees this pilot initiative, with State Grid Wuzhong Power Supply Company playing a pivotal role as one of the nation's first pilot units.
