On May 15, BDStar Navigation announced the successful acquisition of a 51% equity stake in Shenzhen Tianli Automotive Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. for a total transaction value of 252.45 million yuan. This acquisition was approved during the 17th meeting of the company's 7th Board of Directors, held on April 25. As a result, Shenzhen Tianli has transitioned into a holding subsidiary of BDStar Navigation and will be included in its consolidated financial statements. The primary objective of this acquisition is to integrate technological resources and capitalize on Shenzhen Tianli's expertise in automotive antennas, thereby strengthening BDStar Navigation's market presence in automotive products.
