Neuralink, the pioneering brain-computer interface company founded by Elon Musk, is set to initiate its first clinical trial in the Middle East, specifically in Abu Dhabi. In collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA), Neuralink aims to explore methods for individuals with movement and speech disorders to communicate through thought-controlled devices. Remarkably, three patients have already undergone successful implantation of these devices, and Neuralink is now actively seeking additional patients from around the globe to participate in this groundbreaking trial.
