After gathering feedback from users, motherboard manufacturers, and game developers, Intel acknowledged that the root cause of these issues lay within the CPU itself, specifically stemming from voltage irregularities due to microcode algorithm flaws. In response, Intel pledged to offer after-sales support for damaged CPUs and issued patches to resolve the problem. Additionally, the company extended the warranty period for affected processors to five years.
