Details of Intel's upcoming processor platform, the Panther Lake architecture, have been revealed. The platform will introduce a revolutionary CPU microarchitecture, integrating Cougar Cove performance cores (P-cores) and Darkmont efficiency cores (E-cores). This marks a significant overhaul of Intel's CPU architecture on Panther Lake, superseding the current designs employed in Lunar Lake and Arrow Lake. Furthermore, Panther Lake will pioneeringly feature the Xe3 "Celestial" microarchitecture GPU and optimized NPU performance.
