On March 17, 2023, Hengtong Optic-Electric endorsed the initiative to list its subsidiary, Hengtong Huahai. Hengtong Huahai has successfully undergone a shareholding system reform and has embarked on the preparatory phase for listing. Nevertheless, due to the limited operating period since the spin-off of its smart city business in the latter half of 2024, the company has opted to defer the spin-off listing plan. This decision will be reevaluated once Hengtong Huahai's operations stabilize. This postponement will have no impact on Hengtong Optic-Electric's ongoing production, operations, or future strategic development. Hengtong Optic-Electric remains committed to supporting Hengtong Huahai, enhancing technological innovation, and fostering the growth of the marine communication industry.
