Huawei has undertaken a comprehensive upgrade of its offline store display phones to the native HarmonyOS, a strategic shift designed to navigate regulatory restrictions and bolster user data security and privacy. The company has declared that from 2025 onwards, all newly launched smartphones, tablets, and wearable devices will come pre-installed with HarmonyOS, with existing models also scheduled for gradual upgrades. The HarmonyOS NEXT system boasts an extensive portfolio of over 15,000 native applications and meta-services, effectively addressing the diverse needs of consumers.
