Altair, a leading provider of enterprise engineering software, has announced that its shareholders have ratified the merger agreement with Siemens Industry Software at a special meeting. Pursuant to the agreement, Siemens Industry Software will acquire Altair for a cash consideration of $113 per share. Upon successful completion of the transaction, Altair will be delisted from relevant stock exchanges.
