On January 23, the list of significant projects for 2025 in Lingang New Area, part of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, was officially released. Comprising 116 projects in total, these endeavors boast an aggregate investment of approximately RMB 506.7 billion, with an annual planned investment of RMB 56.5 billion. The projects span five key categories: industrial technology, commercial office, municipal energy, ecological environment, and social livelihood. Notably, industrial technology projects lead the pack with 59 initiatives. Furthermore, there are 13 preparatory projects included in the lineup.
