Moreover, Beijing aims to solidify its "Southern Rockets, Northern Satellites" industrial layout, create an innovation hub for the hydrogen energy industry, and spearhead the 6G industry's development with a forward-thinking strategy. In the realm of scientific research, Beijing will expedite basic research and address critical core technologies, fostering a collaborative innovation system between central and local governments. The plan also outlines 22 major scientific research infrastructure projects, 34 modern service industry initiatives, and 6 cultural and tourism integration development projects.
