AUX's prospectus submitted to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange has unveiled that Gree has initiated legal action against AUX for patent infringement on 27 occasions. Gree's Chairman, Dong Mingzhu, has personally and publicly accused AUX of these infringements. As far back as 2013, Dong Mingzhu accused AUX of poaching Gree's talents, marking the beginning of over a decade of disputes between the two companies.
