Enjie Shares' Subsidiary Secures Order from Beijing Weilan New Energy, Anticipating Supply of At Least 300 Million Square Meters of Separators

On January 14, Enjie Shares announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Enjie New Material Technology Co., Ltd., along with its affiliated companies, has entered into a "Procurement Framework Agreement" with Beijing Weilan New Energy. The agreement outlines that between 2025 and 2030, Beijing Weilan New Energy will place orders for at least 300 million square meters of semi-solid and solid-state battery electrolyte separators, along with a minimum of 100 tons of solid-state battery electrolyte, with Shanghai Enjie and its affiliated entities.
