Nazhen Technology made its debut on the Hong Kong stock exchange on September 22 and is now progressing steadily with its production and operations in line with its annual blueprint. Its optical chip factory, situated in Wangtai Subdistrict, Qingdao, has finished renovating its cleanroom facilities, with key process equipment being gradually installed and commissioned on-site. The factory is anticipated to initiate trial production and then full-scale mass production in the first half of 2027, boasting an estimated annual production capacity of over 170 million chips—all of which have already been secured through customer orders. The first phase of the factory's cleanroom facilities is set to mass-produce various types of optical chips, which will significantly ease delivery pressures stemming from the current saturated production capacity. In the first half of 2026, the company witnessed year-on-year growth in both revenue and net profit, accompanied by an improvement in its overall gross profit margin. The gross profit margin of its optical chip business reached a historic high, thanks to economies of scale. This factory stands as a pivotal component in Nazhen Technology's 'chip-module integration' strategy, with the company setting up manufacturing bases in multiple locations to cater to diverse market needs. Securities research reports suggest that 2027 will be a watershed year for the company, characterized by breakthroughs with overseas customers, the launch of high-speed optical module production capacity, and the scaling-up of optical chip production. The ongoing equipment installation and commissioning at the Qingdao Wangtai Optical Chip Factory indicate that the company's chip production capacity is rapidly gaining momentum.
