On October 23, information from sources within the chip industry supply chain revealed that ICbase has informed certain customers of its intent: STMicroelectronics (ST) is set to terminate its agency distribution partnership with ICbase. Currently, both entities are engaged in discussions regarding the cessation of their collaboration and the subsequent transition of business operations. During this transitional phase, ICbase's provision of certain ST products to its clientele may be influenced by ST's supply chain strategies. ICbase clarified that it currently represents more than 100 original brand manufacturers and adjusts its product lines each year in accordance with downstream market demand. Individuals with close ties to ICbase disclosed that the company has already stopped providing price quotations for ST products. Moreover, industry experts have observed that ICbase had significantly scaled down its ST-related business activities at an earlier stage.
