According to sources, NVIDIA has requested Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix, and Micron Technology to use TSMC's 3nm process substrate dies to produce NVHBM (NVIDIA's custom high-bandwidth memory technology) for it, while the core dies will adopt sixth-generation DRAM technology. Samsung Electronics has decided to accept this technical requirement. On October 19, Samsung Electronics responded that it would not comment on matters involving customers.
