Biwin Storage has officially announced the completion of its share repurchase initiative. The company has repurchased an aggregate of 1.22 million shares, which represents 0.26% of its total share capital. The mean repurchase price stood at 204.87 yuan per share, culminating in a total expenditure of approximately 250 million yuan. All repurchased shares are earmarked for cancellation and subsequent reduction of the company's registered capital. Biwin Storage aims to finalize the cancellation procedures by October 20th.
