On October 19, at the 6th RISC-V China Summit, Leerui Micro, a subsidiary of ZTE Microelectronics, unveiled its high-performance RISC-V CPU chip, the Everest 200, specifically crafted for intelligent computing centers. Representing the industry’s first RISC-V CPU chip customized for intelligent computing center environments, the Everest 200 targets three primary scenarios: Agent clusters, inference super-node hosts, and enterprise-level intelligent computing hybrid inference.

The chip seamlessly integrates RISC-V AI instruction acceleration and is thoroughly optimized for KV Cache and long-context large model inference. Furthermore, it incorporates various acceleration engines, including Matrix, Vector, compression, and encryption, and supports high-speed interconnect interfaces such as DDR5, PCIe, and CXL. This design enables the chip to accommodate MoE large model hybrid inference solutions that combine RISC-V native AI with GPU acceleration cards. Detailed product specifications for the Everest 200 are anticipated to be officially released by the end of this year.
