The 2026 annual gathering of the Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management (SEM) Advisory Board is set to take place in Beijing on October 13-14, marking the 27th consecutive year since the board's inception. This year, the board welcomes three distinguished new members: Jensen Huang, the visionary founder and CEO of NVIDIA; Dr. Lisa Su, the esteemed chair and CEO of AMD; and Renaud de Planta, the senior managing partner of Pictet Group. In addition, five new appointees join from leading global corporations, including BMW Group, Walmart Inc., The Coca-Cola Company, General Atlantic, and bp plc. These companies have maintained representation on the advisory board, with the recent changes reflecting the natural progression of their former members' career paths.
