On September 29, Wanda Information made an announcement stating its intention to enter into a procurement agreement with China Life Asset Management Co., Ltd. This contract, set for the year 2026, pertains to the acquisition of information technology software and hardware, specifically focusing on the purchase of ARM chip servers. The total value of the contract stands at 9.9 million yuan, inclusive of Value-Added Tax (VAT). It's noteworthy that China Life Asset Management operates as a subsidiary under the umbrella of China Life Insurance Co., Ltd., which also happens to be the largest stakeholder in Wanda Information. Due to this interconnection, the transaction qualifies as a related-party deal. Consequently, directors Ruan Qi, Zheng Weidong, and He Hong, who are associated with the involved parties, refrained from participating in the voting process. Rest assured, the pricing of this transaction has been deemed fair, and it is not anticipated to exert any substantial influence on the company's financial standing or operational efficiency.
