Liyang Chip announced that its board of directors has approved adjustments to the plan for issuing A-shares to specific investors in 2026. After the adjustment, the maximum number of shares to be issued will not exceed 46.6208 million, and the maximum total funds raised will be reduced to RMB 870 million. The original 'Heterogeneous Stacking Advanced Packaging Process R&D Project' will no longer be included as a project funded by the proceeds.
