Accelink Technologies has made a public announcement stating that its current controlling shareholder, FiberHome Technologies, intends to transfer a substantial 291 million shares to Xinke Technology at no cost. Upon the successful completion of this share transfer, the mantle of controlling shareholder for Accelink Technologies will pass to Xinke Technology. However, it's important to note that the actual controller of the company will continue to be China Information Communication Technologies Group. Before this share transfer can be finalized, it must undergo compliance verification from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and complete the necessary share transfer registration procedures, in line with standard industry practices and regulatory requirements.
