On September 24, 2026, EVE Energy convened the 14th session of its 7th Board of Directors. During this meeting, a proposal was thoroughly reviewed and subsequently approved. The proposal entailed the transfer of EVE Energy's 45% stake in Hubei Enjie New Material to Shanghai Enjie New Material, with the transaction value set at RMB 1.15 billion. Upon the completion of this transaction, EVE Energy will relinquish its entire stake in Hubei Enjie New Material. The closing date for this transaction will coincide with the date on which the industrial and commercial registration changes are finalized.
