On September 23, Hunan Yutai (301358.SZ) revealed that the company has opted to broaden the scope of its Spanish lithium battery cathode material initiative, elevating the annual production capacity from 50,000 tons to 70,000 tons. Consequently, the overall investment has escalated from roughly 982 million yuan to approximately 1.65 billion yuan, with the precise figure contingent upon the actual investment incurred. This proposal has already garnered the board of directors’ endorsement and bypasses the need for shareholders' meeting ratification. Presently, the project entity has been established, and the construction is advancing in a systematic and orderly fashion.
