Li Auto's chip subsidiary is currently in the process of securing its inaugural round of external financing, boasting a pre-investment valuation of roughly 15 billion yuan, with the aim of raising several billion yuan. According to industrial and commercial records, on July 14, Mach Intelligent Cores Limited (referred to as Mach Hong Kong) was incorporated in Hong Kong. Subsequently, on August 4, Shanghai Mach Zhixin Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mach Hong Kong, was established, with Li Auto's Chief Technology Officer, Xie Yan, appointed as its legal representative. Shortly thereafter, Shanghai Mach Zhixin went on to fully establish Shanghai Mach Xin Technology Co., Ltd., naming Wang Yang, the Joint Company Secretary of Li Auto, as its legal representative.
