Zhongfu Circuit has declared its intention to further its overseas business endeavors and fulfill the financial needs associated with establishing a production hub and sustaining the routine operations of its overseas fully-owned subsidiary, Jucheng Electronics (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'WTT') in Thailand. To this end, the company is set to utilize its internal resources or funds raised independently to augment its investment in WTT by an amount not exceeding 500 million yuan (or its foreign currency equivalent). On September 21, 2026, the proposal for this capital infusion received the green light at the eighth gathering of the third session of the company's board of directors, eliminating the necessity for shareholder approval.
