Even before the production of Elon Musk's envisioned high-tech super chip factory, 'Terafab'—a venture poised to significantly enhance AI and space exploration computing capabilities—could commence, it has already found itself entangled in a legal battle concerning its name. American nanotechnology firm TERA-print has dispatched a cease-and-desist notice to Tesla, SpaceX, and SpaceX AI, alleging trademark infringement. In response, these three entities have officially lodged a lawsuit with the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, seeking a judicial declaration that the moniker 'Terafab' does not constitute an infringement of trademark rights.
