On September 18, industry insiders revealed that SK Inc., the holding company of SK Group, has transferred three vice chairmen—Seo Jin-Woo, Yu Jeong-Joon, and Lee Hyung-Hee—to SK Hynix. These executives previously oversaw the group's global operations and external collaborations. SK Group stated that the personnel transfer was made in consideration of the intensifying geopolitical uncertainties in the semiconductor industry. Company officials noted that the move aims to have senior executives provide advice on SK Hynix's overall operations and support the formulation of its medium- to long-term vision. Currently, the three vice chairmen have begun conducting in-depth one-on-one interviews with all SK Hynix executives. Additionally, SK Group's team of professional manager vice chairmen has also been stationed at SK Hynix.
