Jensen Huang, CEO of NVIDIA, believes that China may develop advanced lithography systems by 2030, and once the technology matures, it will only be a matter of time before domestic equipment enters local wafer fabs. This prediction is more optimistic than that of Zeiss, a core supplier of ASML's EUV optical systems, whose head of semiconductor division stated that it may take China around 15 years to develop domestic EUV lithography machines. Notably, the question was not limited to EUV, and Huang's response did not explicitly mention EUV either.
