ESONE (688733.SH) plans to conduct a private placement of A-shares to raise no more than RMB 400 million. After deducting issuance expenses, the funds will be used for the project of producing 8,000 tons of ultra-thin coated boehmite for lithium battery separators annually, the project of producing 20,000 tons of high-purity quartz sand annually (Phase II), and to supplement working capital.
