Jiangsu Xinnaite Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as “Xinnaite”), a subsidiary of CR Microelectronics’ Power Integrated Business Group (PIBG), capitalizes on its profound technical expertise in CMOS analog integrated circuits to introduce the CN855X series of high-precision, zero-drift, rail-to-rail operational amplifiers. This series comprises three models: the CN8551 (single-channel), CN8552 (dual-channel), and CN8554 (quad-channel). Leveraging dynamic calibration technology, this series continuously corrects DC errors, boasting industry-leading core parameters: a notably low typical input offset voltage of just 1μV, a minimal temperature drift coefficient of only 0.005μV/℃, a broad input voltage range spanning from 1.8V to 5.5V, a gain-bandwidth product of up to 1.5MHz, a slew rate of 0.6V/μs, exceptionally low noise at only 2μVpp, and both power supply rejection ratio and common-mode rejection ratio reaching an impressive 110dB. The CN855X series is available in various packages, including SOT23-5, SOP8, and MSOP8, and has successfully passed the stringent AEC-Q100 automotive-grade certification. These products find widespread application in electrocardiographs, oximeters, pressure sensors, temperature transmitters, electronic balances, spectral analyzers, as well as automotive electronics and industrial automation systems, significantly enhancing system stability and measurement accuracy.
