On September 15, Kioxia Holdings, a prominent Japanese memory chip manufacturer, released a statement revealing its preparations to list American Depositary Shares (ADS)—equivalent to its common stock—on a U.S. stock exchange, with the aim of boosting corporate value. However, the company clarified that key aspects of the listing, including the precise timing, chosen market, and listing method, have yet to be finalized.
