According to reports from 'Nanjing Release', on September 11th, a landmark agreement was signed between WG Tech and Ai Weide Biotech in Nanjing Jiangbei New Area, marking the commencement of their collaborative project focused on glass-based organ-on-a-chip technology. This partnership heralded the global introduction of the pioneering AWA-HT series—the world's first all-glass organ-on-a-chip systems. Developed through the combined expertise of both entities, this innovative product is designed to create in vitro models that closely mimic human physiological conditions, offering traceable and reliable evaluation data. Its versatile applications span across new drug discovery, clinical drug sensitivity assessments, precision medicine, as well as the efficacy and safety evaluations of cosmetics and chemicals, alongside toxicological investigations. By doing so, it provides invaluable, human-centric experimental evidence to propel pharmaceutical research and development forward.
