The company revealed that its cutting-edge 28nm logic process platform is now ready for customer samples to undergo tape-out verification, a crucial step in the semiconductor development cycle. Simultaneously, Nexchip is actively engaged in optimizing various process efficiency indicators to ensure peak performance.

Prior to this, Nexchip's 28nm logic chips had already cleared the functional verification hurdle, successfully powering up TVs.
