This update encompasses both the discrete Arc B-series and A-series graphics cards, along with the integrated Arc core graphics featured in the Core Ultra series. It introduces compatibility for two freshly released games, Onimusha: Sword Path and Dawn Walker's Blood, while addressing issues like object flickering in Lost Starship: Marathon (DX12), screen flickering in Assassin's Creed: Revelations (DX9), and full-screen visual irregularities in 007: First Light (DX12).

The driver package incorporates essential components such as the Intel Media SDK Runtime 21.0.1.35 and the Intel oneVPL GPU Runtime 21.0.2.17, ensuring support for prevalent graphics APIs including DirectX 12, Vulkan 1.4, and OpenGL 4.6. It is designed to be compatible with Windows 10 64-bit systems starting from the October 2022 Update and extending to later versions, as well as the complete spectrum of Windows 11 64-bit systems, ranging from the October 2021 Update to the September 2025 Update (25H2).

The official announcement highlighted that despite these advancements, certain known issues persist in this update. Specifically, the integrated core graphics of Core Ultra series 3 may encounter crashes when executing Mafia: Homeland (DX12). Arc B/A-series discrete graphics cards might be prone to crashing when tessellation is enabled in Dark Zone Breakout: Infinite (DX12) or during the execution of the PugetBench benchmark, for which it is recommended to adjust the timeout parameter to exceed 1500 seconds. Additionally, the integrated core graphics of Core Ultra series 1 may experience crashes upon the initial launch of NBA 2K26 (DX12) and 007: First Light (DX12). Moreover, the three-dot menu within the driver control panel may become unresponsive under specific conditions, and the performance tuning (BETA) feature is unable to individually adjust device settings in multi-GPU configurations.
