Horizon Robotics' Journey 6M has achieved a pivotal breakthrough, advancing into large-scale production and vehicle integration. By the end of August 2026, this cutting-edge chip had been incorporated into over 70 mass-produced vehicle models from more than 20 automotive manufacturers. Notably, seven automotive brands have successfully implemented platform-wide urban assisted driving capabilities, leveraging the power of Journey 6M. This move significantly accelerates the adoption of urban assisted driving technology in the mainstream market, particularly in vehicles priced around RMB 100,000.

Journey 6M stands out with its remarkable 128TOPS computing power, setting a new benchmark in computational efficiency. It is designed to support full-scenario advanced assisted driving, offering a seamless and intelligent driving experience. This year, a range of models equipped with Journey 6M will debut urban assisted driving features. These include the SAIC Volkswagen ID. ERA 5S, a revamped model from Great Wall Motors' Haval brand, and a new SUV from a prominent automotive company based in northern China. Additionally, Changan Qiyuan's related models will receive these advanced driving functions through OTA (Over-the-Air) updates, ensuring that customers can enjoy the latest technology without the need for physical modifications to their vehicles.
