VeriSilicon Holdings has disclosed that its shareholder, the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Corporation, conducted a share reduction by selling 494,700 shares through centralized bidding on August 31, 2026. This transaction decreased its shareholding ratio from 5.0941% to precisely 5.0000%, thereby relinquishing its status as a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's outstanding shares. The share reduction was executed in accordance with a previously announced plan and did not entail a tender offer. Furthermore, it will not lead to any alterations in the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller. As of June 30, the fund ranked as the third-largest shareholder of VeriSilicon Holdings, with a 5.09% stake in the company.
