VeriSilicon Holdings announced that its shareholder, the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Co., Ltd., which holds more than 5% of the company's shares, reduced its stake by 494,700 shares, or 0.0941% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding transactions on August 31, 2026. Prior to the reduction, the National Integrated Circuit Fund held a 5.0941% stake in the company, which decreased to 5.0000% after the reduction, meaning it is no longer a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares. This change in equity will not result in a change of control over the company. The National Integrated Circuit Fund's previously announced share reduction plan has not been fully executed, and apart from the disclosed plan, there are no definite plans to increase or decrease its stake in the next 12 months.
