On August 30th, reports surfaced indicating that three new stocks are slated for subscription next week. Specifically, on August 31st, Baimaike, a new entrant on the Beijing Stock Exchange, will open for subscription. Following closely, on September 2nd, Enflame Technology, a new listing on the SSE STAR Market, will become available for subscription. On September 3rd, Xinnuowei, another new stock on the SSE STAR Market, will also be open for subscription. Enflame Technology, alongside Moore Threads, Maxel Technology, and Biren Technology, are collectively hailed as the "Four Emerging Leaders in China's GPU Sector." Currently, Enflame Technology stands as the sole unlisted entity among them, but once it goes public, all four companies will have successfully entered the capital market.
Previously, on their respective debut trading days, Moore Threads, Maxel Technology, and Biren Technology experienced significant surges, closing with increases of 425.46%, 692.95%, and 75.82%, respectively. According to Enflame Technology's prospectus, the company intends to issue 43,035,173 shares, representing 10% of its total share capital post-issuance, with an estimated total share capital of approximately 430 million shares after the offering. The IPO aims to raise 6 billion yuan, primarily earmarked for the research and development, as well as the industrialization, of fifth- and sixth-generation AI chip series products. Additionally, the funds will support advanced AI software and hardware collaborative innovation projects, thereby propelling the independent iteration of China's computing power infrastructure.
