On August 26, Cambridge Industries Group issued a statement summarizing its investor relations activities, revealing its ambition to reach an annual production capacity of at least 6 million optical modules by the end of 2026. In terms of product strategy, the company intends to begin mass shipping of 1.6T OSFP 2xDR4, 1.6T OSFP 2xFR4, and ELSFP optical modules in the latter half of 2026. Concurrently, it is progressing with the R&D verification and customer sampling processes for a range of 1.6T derivative products and novel offerings, including 3.2T, 6.4T, 7.2T NPO, and 12.8T XPO. Moving forward, the company will maintain its emphasis on 800G optical modules, while steadily increasing the scale of 1.6T product manufacturing. Moreover, it will persist in integrating advanced technologies like CPO and LPO to lay the groundwork for future growth.
