Beginning in August 2026, the AMD Radeon RX 9000 series graphics cards are poised to undergo across-the-board price hikes, with initial increases soaring up to 50%. Notably, models equipped with 16GB of VRAM will witness substantial price surges. For instance, the RX 9070 XT is expected to see an approximate 40% increase, while the RX 9060 XT 16GB will experience a significant 48% rise. In contrast, models with 8GB of VRAM will undergo relatively modest price adjustments. The RX 9070 GRE, which features 12GB of VRAM, is anticipated to experience only minimal price fluctuations. Concurrently, NVIDIA has also announced an uptick in the supply prices for GPU+VRAM kits, with wholesale prices for the RTX 50 series escalating rapidly in the short term and potentially continuing to climb.
