The official version of the Linux 7.2 kernel has been released on schedule without extending the testing cycle. Despite the intense testing at the end of the development phase, the new version was still launched as planned, adding preliminary support for Apple's M3 chip, Cache Aware Scheduling, USB4STREAM protocol, and AMD GPU HDMI 2.1, along with other functional and hardware support.
