Synopsys announced that it has successfully verified the world's first HBM4 IP test chip. The chip operates stably at a rate of 9.2Gbps and has completed interconnection verification with HBM memory chips, covering PHY, interface architecture design, and compatibility with real HBM DRAM. Currently, multiple customers have adopted its HBM4 IP solution.
