SEMIDRIVE Technology recently announced that its independently developed automotive-grade 7-nanometer AI acceleration chip, 'TIANGONG 100,' has entered full-scale mass production and commenced bulk shipments to vehicle manufacturers and Tier 1 suppliers. The chip features a plug-in design, enabling it to provide independent large-scale model computing power for vehicles without the need to replace the main control chip or modify existing hardware and software. This marks a significant breakthrough in the expansion of domestic end-side AI computing power.
