Sources familiar with the matter said that Nvidia and OpenAI are close to reaching an agreement to finance a large data center campus in Ohio. The two sides have adjusted the deal structure, with Nvidia initially guaranteeing only half of the construction project worth tens of billions of dollars. The guarantee amount has been reduced from $250 billion to less than $120 billion, in response to investors' concerns about its risk exposure. The agreement could be signed as early as this weekend.
