StarNet RuiJie has declared its intention to acquire a 46% equity interest in Guangzhou Xinde Communication Technology Co., Ltd., currently owned by Chen Chunming, Rao Dongsheng, and Jiang Xiaomin, through a cash payment of 396 million yuan. Upon the completion of this transaction, StarNet RuiJie is set to possess a 67% stake in Guangzhou Xinde, thereby establishing it as a subsidiary under its control. Furthermore, the deal encompasses performance pledges, with the undertaking parties (the Promisors) ensuring that Guangzhou Xinde's net profit, after excluding non-recurring items and attributable to the parent company, will reach a minimum of 75 million yuan and 80 million yuan for the years 2026 and 2027, respectively.
