Yuanjie Technology has made an announcement stating that the company is set to invest approximately 4.268 billion yuan (a sum that encompasses land transfer fees) in the development of a semiconductor technology industrial park project. This project is earmarked for Fengxi New City, situated within the Xixian New Area of Shaanxi Province, and is projected to have a construction timeline spanning 24 months. The overarching goal of this initiative is to surmount the current production capacity constraints and scale up the manufacturing of high-end laser chips. As of now, the investment proposal has received the green light from the board of directors; however, it still necessitates submission to the shareholders' meeting for final approval.
