Recently, Fujia Gallium Industry and Microelectronics Technology Group have formally entered into a strategic cooperation agreement. The two entities will work hand-in-hand on innovative initiatives that span the entire gallium oxide supply chain, covering everything from "substrate production to epitaxy, device fabrication, module assembly, and application deployment." Together, they aim to propel the industrialization of fourth-generation gallium oxide semiconductors forward and position themselves as the global pioneers in achieving full-chain integration. Notably, Fujia Gallium Industry stands out as the first domestic company to establish a comprehensive layout encompassing single crystal growth, epitaxy, and device verification. Moreover, it holds the distinction of being the sole company worldwide with the capability to produce 12-inch gallium oxide single crystals.
