On August 10, PIE Tech marked a significant milestone by completing the topping-out ceremony for the main structure of its high-end semiconductor equipment industrialization base in Shenyang. This project stands as a pivotal semiconductor industry endeavor in both Liaoning Province and Shenyang City, sprawling across 147 acres with a total construction area of 156,000 square meters. Boasting a total investment of nearly 2 billion yuan, the base is slated to commence operations by 2028, functioning as PIE Tech’s global hub for core research and development, as well as manufacturing.
