Biwin Storage has made an announcement stating that its holding subsidiary, Guangdong Xincheng Hanqi, intends to bring in external investors by way of a capital increase and share expansion. The total financing amount targeted in this round will not surpass RMB 600 million. It is anticipated that following the capital increase, external investors will hold no more than 23.0769% of the equity. Once the capital increase is finalized, Biwin Storage's stake in Guangdong Xincheng Hanqi will be maintained at no less than 52.5186%, ensuring that Guangdong Xincheng Hanqi continues to be its holding subsidiary within the consolidated financial statements framework. Moreover, Biwin Storage's affiliated entity, the Dongguan Luoyi Baichen No.1 Venture Capital Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership), plans to subscribe for a portion of the newly increased registered capital of Guangdong Xincheng Hanqi, with the subscription amount not exceeding RMB 4.101111 million and the investment not exceeding RMB 80 million.
